Miller Adventist Christian School is accredited by the  Adventist Accrediting Association and is recognized as accredited by the Texas Education Agency. This accreditation is recommended by the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC) of which the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventist is a member. At the end of the 1998-1999 school year Miller Adventist School was accredited for a 5 year term.
